MIT Logo

Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a world-renowned research university with the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, is asking for ideas on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can improve open education. They want people from colleges, nonprofits, and industries to send in short papers or media projects. The goal is to see how AI can help make education more inclusive and improve learning.
Proposals are due by September 1, 2024. Selected authors will get funding to write full papers or create projects, which will be published in January 2025. Key topics include how AI can improve education, legal and ethical issues, accessibility, and creating new ways to fund open education. The project also encourages proposals to follow global education guidelines.
